Welcome to the Website for the Gathering of Men and the Women’s Journey!

Colorado Catholic Retreats is the umbrella organization that brings these two retreats to Catholic and Christian men and women in Colorado and beyond.

The Gathering of Men began in 1991. In 2000 the Women’s Journey was created. Each retreat serves 300-plus women and men annually. The weekend retreats are presented by a group of committed lay men and women and two Catholic priests. Fr. John Lager, a Capuchin Franciscan Friar leads at both retreats. Both the Gathering and the Journey are held at the YMCA of the Rockies in Estes Park, Colorado. The Gathering typically takes place over the fourth weekend in January. The Journey takes place on the second weekend in March.

The retreats consist of large group gatherings for inspirational testimonies of men and women like you and small sharing groups where the love and grace of God’s healing happens. In the small groups, you will feel the challenge and support as you walk with each other on your journey to healing and wholeness through Jesus Christ and the Holy Spirit.

While these retreats are for Catholic men and women, we welcome all of our Christian brothers and sister to come and be healed.
